A couple of weeks ago, we made our Sphere Related Content plug-in available to all WordPress.org bloggers. It’s gotten a great reception so far. As of yesterday, over 1,000 WordPress.org bloggers have implemented the plug-in on their sites. So far, we’ve gotten a number of emails in addition to the comments left on the WordPress.org Plug-in Directory – pretty cool. Here are a few comments:

  • Installed and working beautifully… great service.”
  • “It’s up and running. Great job on this and I LOVE the tool”
  • “The idea behind Sphere It is awesome and I always appreciate excellence”
  • “Thanks, I love the new design and the functionality — really fits well with my site!”
  • “I love it!!!”
  • “Hey – thanks for including my blog. This is easily the best widget I’ve seen, very impressive. Thanks again.”
  • “You guys ROCK”

Phew.

There also has been a number of posts but here’s a couple that do a nice job explaining why the plug-in is a great addition to sites – Like It Matters; Pulse 2.0; and Profy.

  1. I want to try out the Sphere Related Content and the sphere widget, too. But I only on wordpress.com and I would like to have a wordpress.com widget for my blog. But every time I tried to get it the way the sphere site has shown me how, I would get a message that says the request for the widget has over flowed and could not be processed.

I’m feeling very frustrated over this and I so desperately wanted to have a sphere widget of each of my blogs.

I would love to see you fix the problem and provide me with the widget codes wordpress.com so I can take part in sphere and really enjoy its wonderful benefits.

I do say you have a great tool and an absolute must have for me! :)

Can you please help me get my sphere widgets for wordpress.com blogs of mine?

    Thanks!

  2. I’ve been using Sphere for a couple of months now without any regrets. Finding relational content could not get any easier if you see a Sphere It icon placed below an article or blog post.

Thanks again for providing the widget to us, Mr. Conrad.
